The premise of Intrinsic Coaching (IC) is that people are unique and one of a kind with infinite intrinsic capacity. Through the coaching conversations, the Intrinsic Coaching methodology elicits best thinking and decision making so individuals can create results that are important to them. The IC philosophical approach is guided by I>E>S, prioritizing intrinsic value more than extrinsic value and extrinsic value more than systemic value. Collaborating with an Intrinsic Coach will expand the client’s intrinsic capacity to create clarity in what that client is wanting in their life.

KONMARI CONSULTANT IN TRAINING
The KonMari Method is known as the life-changing magic of tidying up, the Japanese art of decluttering and organizing. Tidying is a powerful tool, but it is not the destination. The true goal of tidying is to clear away clutter so each can live the life they want. When an induvial puts their house in order using the KonMari Method, they have no choice but to listen to their inner voice because the question of what they want to own is the question of how they want to live their life. When belongings are assessed and organized in the home, the stage is set for a huge transformation. This is the magic of tidying the home resulting in a transformed life!
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION FACILITATOR
Mindfulness Meditation anchors consciousness to the present moment, being fully awake in the body, aware of thoughts, realizing there is more to the moment than what is being witnessed. Techniques can vary, but in general, mindfulness meditation involves breathing and awareness of body and mind. To get started, the Coach will guide the client to a comfortable place to sit, allowing three to five minutes of free time to practice in a judgment-free environment. Mindfulness meditation is known to improves overall well-being but today there are science-based reasons to practice: It is good for heart disease (which is the leading killer in the US), can decrease cognitive decline, improves immune response, may reduce cell aging. Practitioner’s report reduced psychological pain and increased ability to manage stress!
CERTIFIED LIFEFORCE YOGA FOR ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND TRAUMA
LifeForce Yoga is a practice that is intentionally designed to work with and manage mood. The practice supports clients in self-regulation through breath work, mood lifting meditation, creating affirmations and imagery, chakra clearing meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Postures, and tones that regulate the emotions. LifeForce Yoga interweaves the power of ancient discipline with current scientific findings to help clients release what is no longer serving them!

Addiction Recovery Coaching focuses on individuals who have made the decision to break the cycle of addiction(s). The Coach and the client work together to develop a vision and plan to sustain a new way of living sober integrating holistic tools to help with self-regulation and self-realization. The action plan is a design for living that creates new patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and responding to life. The collaborative relationship supports clients to stay accountable and take responsibility for creating a life that is joyous and free.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE 2.0 FACILITATOR
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a step-by-step program for increasing your emotional intelligence using the four EQ skills of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. It teaches individuals how to respond to life instead of reacting to life. Clients take an assessment to accurately measure current EQ skills. After identifying EQ skills, they learn how to increase and build these skills into strengths, and enjoy consistent performance in the pursuit of important life objectives. Learn to respond to life gently versus reacting intensely.
